• Morality & ethics

Good leaders actively guide and bad leaders actively mis-guide.
Good leaders support their team, bad leaders try to control their team.
But bad leaders can also be effective.
What makes the difference is morality and ethics.
A good leader has those qualties- along with the being effective.

• Problems

There are no business problems; there are only people problems. And when we take care of the people problems , most business problems are automatically resolved.

• Attitude or values 

 When someone  says  " I can not do this " , he or she is really saying one of two things. It's either " I don't know how to do it ",  or " I don't want to do it".

• Character

Character is what we really are.
Some people are honest because they don't want to get caught telling lies.  They are doing the right thing for the wrong reasons.
But others are honest because they believe it's the right thing to do.

• Motivation

We believe most people already know what to do. What's missing is the motivation. So the question is, can we motivate people ? The answer is absolutely not. You see, everybody is motivated to do something. Even the lazy bum who does nothing is motivated to do that.
What can we do is inspire people. Motivation is about action, inspiration is about thought.
We can not act for them. They have to act for  themself. But we can help change their thinking, and when their thinking change , it starts reflecting in their behaviour. 

  

• Problems are sign of life.

The people who had no problems... Would you like to know what that place was ? It was a cemetery.

• God give me the serenity to accept the things I can not change and the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

There are plenty of things you can not change- who your parents are, your height, the colour of your skin. And sure, sometimes bad things happen to good people, and they can't help it. But a lot of times, we try to fight things we can not change, and by doing so , bring stress into our lives. It's important to accept these things graciously, not grudgingly. Because if you accept them grudgingly , you only add to your  stress.

It refers to an apartment which is very small, typically below 500 sq ft. This is about the size of a standard hotel room here.
Many Hong Kong apartments are almost shoe-boxes; Tokyo too.
Some developers who bid high prices for sale sites, are planning to build shoe-box units, adding to the build up.
A shoebox unit is not the same as a 3 room flat. So please go in with eyes open.
1)Young people would love to move out from their nagging/annoying parent's place & live in a place jus like that again.
Guess it's size ! 500 sqft= 20x25ft : 420sqft= 20x21ft : 388sqft=19x19ft
